Recommend it for family travelers

We decided to explore the hotel and had a fantastic meal in the restaurant, best chicken with rice I ever tasted, went back twice. The breakfast buffet was amazing too, gluten free options all day, just what you need after a long day out.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

The welcoming atmosphere and elegant open lobby made me feel right at home, with complimentary coca tea always available. The decor beautifully reflected local culture, and it was easy for me to navigate comfortably despite the altitude.

WiFi reliability could be improved.

Enjoyed the cozy seating areas in the lobby. WiFi was unreliable during my stay, which was frustrating.

The dining vibes at Xima were fantastic with excellent staff who catered to our needs. The breakfast was a solid spread, though leaning towards European tastes. Also, the nearby eateries like Apu Qoyllur Rit'i and La Casa del Chef were absolute gems for local bites!

Although the breakfast buffet was more European than I hoped, it still satisfied. And while my room had its quirks, the overall ambiance was still something to appreciate as we explored Cusco.

Had an awesome time here! I loved the cozy bar, where Alex whipped up the best Pisco Sour I've ever had, and the relaxing garden space was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a minor note, there was a lack of coffee provided in the room, but it didn’t dampen my stay at all! ☕️

We had a fantastic stay! Just a short walk from Cusco's main square and the largest craft market. The rooms were comfortable, and the food was delicious – the breakfast buffet was exceptional, especially the detox water that kept our teenagers energized.

My kids wished there were more activities for teens.

Had an enjoyable two-night stay in a spacious room. The complimentary coca tea in the lobby was a delightful perk. Breakfast was varied and tasty, although the second day was less impressive. Location was a bit of a trek to the main square, but it was manageable with earplugs for nighttime noise.

I loved the location, just a short walk to attractions, and the complimentary coca tea really helped with the altitude adjustment.
